Making time
Every piece is made by hand after you order it. Allow up to 4 working days for printing and for the ink to cure before it ships.

You will get an email with tracking once your parcel is on its way. The shipping price shows in the bag once you choose your country.
Returns within 14 days
As a consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason — even though your piece was made after you ordered it, because it is a standard design and size rather than something made to your specification. Write to hello@moltea.clothing and send the piece back unworn to: [return address]. Return postage is paid by you. I will refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal, once the piece has arrived back.
Faults and complaints
The legal guarantee for defects is 24 months. If something arrives damaged or faulty, write to me with a photo and we will sort it out — a replacement or a refund.
