Who processes your data

What, and why

When you order: your name, email, phone and delivery address — to make and deliver your order (performance of a contract) and for bookkeeping (a legal obligation). When you email me: your message and address, so I can reply.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payment processing), the carrier (delivery), Cloudflare (website hosting) and the email provider. [Name the carrier, and the newsletter provider if one is used.]

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no analytics and no advertising cookies. Your bag is stored only in your own browser (localStorage), so it stays put between pages.

How long

Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires; everything else only as long as needed. [Add exact periods.]

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing. You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
