Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Bank buttons (online bank transfer) — you will be redirected to your bank's internet banking to authorise the payment directly. More information: help.comgate.cz/docs/sk/bankove-prevody
- Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard) — currently being activated, available soon
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Moltéa does not store any payment card details.

Where We Ship
We ship to all European Union countries, as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom, via Packeta / Zásilkovna. All orders are dispatched from Dubnica nad Váhom, Slovakia.
Processing Time
We process and hand over orders to our courier within the following timeframes after payment confirmation:
- Print orders (art prints, posters) — dispatched within 1–3 business days
- T-shirt orders — dispatched within 1–5 business days (please allow extra time for garment preparation)
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. Your total wait is processing + delivery combined.
Delivery Times & Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country and chosen delivery method. Two delivery options are available in most countries: Home Delivery (HD) — delivered directly to your address, and Parcel Locker / Pickup Point — collected at a location of your choice, usually cheaper.
Estimated delivery times are from the moment your parcel is handed to the courier, not from the order date.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, public holidays, carrier delays).
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel on the Packeta tracking page (tracking.packeta.com) or through the carrier's website listed in your email.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and free from odours, stains, or signs of use.
To initiate a return, please contact us at moltea.clothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are covered by Moltéa. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: personalised or custom-printed items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at moltea.clothing@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
